FIFA ended their investigation on the racist 'monkey' chants that came from a group of Croatian fans during the England match earlier this month. The chants were geared at England midfielder, Emile Heskey, who is a black man.
The Croatian FA was fined 30,000 Swiss Francs for the incident which is definitely something they should be happy with. I thought for sure that FIFA would make Croatia play one game behind closed doors (possibly vs. Ukraine) or not allow their fans a chance at tickets for the England rematch at Wembley next year.
There's almost an investigation for Croatia every year because of our fans. So it's either that we're doing something really wrong in the stands and FIFA should slam the door on us so we learn or they're just after us for whatever reason. But these little slaps on the wrist will not work, I assure you.

Croatia is an ultra nationalistic country and thats the way it is going to stay for a long time.
When people like the Bad Blue Boys and Torcida get together theres no hope of well behaved fans. The BBB don't care if the HNS get a couple of fines and I'm sure they don't care if a black man gets offended by their actions and neither do I.
Can't wait for the game against Ukraine...Petric scored 2 goals for Hamburg the other day..lets hope he can start doing that for Croatia!!!
Petric still only has the 1 goal against England at Wembley on his resume for me. Scoring 7 against Andorra doesn't count. So we'll see how that goes. As for the fans. I know we're super nationalistic, but I don't want FIFA to come down hard on us and start forcing closed games. Now, what I think happened on this one, because FIFA is so pro-anti-racism, is that they found almost nothing in their investigation and fined Croatia only to shut up England so they can't say anything.
...please where can I buy a unicorn?
